Unique dining experiences at Filly Brook were always part of our plans so we’re excited to announce our first dinner event on Tuesday 7th December is now live.

This exclusive dinner at Filly Brook will see Nanban owner and Masterchef winner Tim Anderson prepare a five course tasting menu based on his love of Japanese cuisine with dishes taken from his new book Your Home Izakaya.

Tim will also be in conversation about the popular izakaya culture in Japan and how he has represented this in his book.

A classic izakaya cocktail will be served on arrival and the Filly Brook bar will be open all night serving our hand picked selection of fresh beers and fine wines.

The menu will be meat/fish or vegetarian or vegan and unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate specific dietary requirements this time. Allergens available on request.
