Do I need to book?
Not at all, we welcome walk-ins and we’ll always do our best to find you a table but during the busier weekend times it’s advisable to book in advance.
Can I book for just drinks?
Of course, booking for just drinks is no problem at all and there’s no need to let us know in advance.
Do you take large group bookings?
Yes indeed, we love hosting big gatherings! You can book online for groups of up to 8 people inside and up to 6 in the garden. We can accommodate larger bookings of up to approx 16 people inside and 24 outside. If you need something larger than you can find online then please email bookings@fillybrook.co.uk and we'll do our best to help you.
Is there a time limit on how long we can stay at the table?
We want you to relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Our standard time allows 2 hours for all tables booked online. If you need more (or less) time, just let us know in advance by emailing bookings@fillybrook.co.uk
Can I book a table outside?
Yes of course, you can select Main Room or Heated Covered Garden during the reservation process.
Can I amend my reservation party size?
Absolutely. Your booking confirmation email should have an option to amend your reservation. Alternatively email bookings@fillybrook.co.uk and we'll take care of it for you.
Do you have parking?
There is no parking available but over the weekend (Sat & Sun) the local roads offer free parking.
Are you dog friendly?
Dogs are more than welcome inside and out as long as they stay on the floor and are well behaved.
I've lost or left something what should I do?
If you think you have left something behind just give us a call or drop us an email info@fillybrook.co.uk and we’ll check our lost & found for you.

Do you have WiFi?
We do have complimentary wifi, just ask your server for the details.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
Of course, we love a birthday celebration so just let us know if you want to bring a cake and we can keep it cool for you and provide cutlery and plates.
What is your service charge policy?
A discretionary service charge will be added to your bill, giving you the choice to include it or request its removal. We want to emphasise that this service charge is not compulsory and is in no way considered a mandatory part of the service provided to our guests. We respect our customers' autonomy and will promptly remove the service charge upon your request
Do all the tips go to the staff?
100% of all tips and service charge payments are split equally between the Filly Brook team and our Kitchen team.
Do you play music in the bar?
We love music at Filly! We are a music focussed space so will always have something new or old playing through our vintage sound system and we usually have DJs playing on Friday and Saturday nights from 8pm. It can be loud later on so please bare this in mind when booking.
Do you cater for allergies/intolerances?
We do our best to cater for specific intolerances and provide a full allergen list which can be viewed HERE. Anything specific please call us in advance or speak to your server on arrival.
Are you child-friendly?
Children are welcome most of the time but as we are a busy restaurant there are restrictions on when they are allowed. Please see the full policy HERE
Can we BYOB / do you have a corkage fee?
Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer corkage or BYOB
Can I pay with cash?
We currently only accept card payments.
Do you accept AMEX?
Yes we do accept AMEX as well as all other major credit/debit cards
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We do offer gift cards to any value so please email info@fillybrook.co.uk with your requirements and we will provide you with a pdf gift card to pass on to the recipient for them to use against both food and drinks.
Are you wheelchair-accessible?
Our main restaurant and function room areas are both fully wheelchair accessible and our garden is accessed via a ramp.
Do you have highchairs?
We have highchairs available so just let us know when you arrive how many you need.
